Jennifer Tweed

Jennifer is responsible for leading the company’s national branch network, including the New Zealand Trustee Services (NZTS) business. Jen brings extensive experience in growing and leading teams, with a focus on business growth and process improvement. Her focus is on leading and supporting the branches to ensure that each office is set up for sustainable success through employee learning and development, talent retention, engagement and productivity. She also has responsibility for building a strong and reputable brand presence for the company. Prior to joining Perpetual Guardian, Jen was the Managing Director of a professional services consultancy firm in Auckland and practiced in commercial and corporate law in Australia for almost 15 years. Jen now calls New Zealand home, having seen the light across the Tasman in 2016.
